Laws that rules the media

Well, here in Sweden we've got two groundlaws that controls our media, the freedom of the press and the freedom of speaking. The freedom of the press means that anyone anywhere in Sweden can say anything they want, in any paper, website or book as long as it's not to offensive to anyone. The freedom of speaking is very much the same, but it's verbal. Different to Sweden, Portugals media is controlled by other laws, not very simular to Swedens. Well, they have the freedom of pressing-law, just like in Sweden, but they also got a law that protects the journalistes sources. The only ones that have a little bit of chance to reach the secret sources is the government. There's not so much more that I can tell you about it.
